Youth News Week of Mar. 29

Here's what is going on this week 3/29.

 Last week:

  We had a very good program on "Learning to Leverage." Everyone has seen the World Series of Poker on TV, the most exciting time is when someone goes "all in." It means they are risking everything they have to win. Last week we thought about the idea of "leveraging" with our hearts. What if we went "all in" for God? What if we layed our heart out there on the line? Risking everything...That is what Jesus calls us to do. In fact, that is what Jesus did each day. We are called to use our gifts to transform this world, but we must put all we have out there. Then no one will doubt our heart.

Youth Group next week: April 7th                 Game Night!!!!

  You've seen "Minute to Win it", now we'll play it at Youth Group!

Come prepared to play some wacky games and challenge yourself to complete some crazy challenges!

Youth Group: Wednesday 5:30-8:00pm in Fellowship Hall (Eat before you come, no dinner)

Holy Thursday: 7:00pm in the Sanctuary

Good Friday: 7:00pm in the Sanctuary

Easter Sunday: 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:15am (Children's Service)

Our 2 S.C.U.M. designs are $5 a piece. If you don't have both the Black or Green shirt then pick it up!

***We also have order forms for the UMY-SD t-shirts: OUR MISSION...  OUR COMMUNITY

They are $10 and come in a variety of colors. All money raised goes to help UMCOR in Haiti.
